Usage: Find out how long files may take to upload.

Use the calculator below to determine how long your initial backup will be.  Put the size of your data in the DATA field and click the appropriate size button to calculate.  If your data is uncompressed, you may divide by half to simulate the compressed size of your bandwidth being transferred.  For estimated time results, find your off-peak upstream speed from the left-hand column.  If you do not know your upstream speed, you can run a bandwidth check by clicking on the "Speed Check" button below.  Remember, the column you are looking for in the bandwidth check is upload (sending files from your server to our datacenter) speed in Kilobits.  If you need more exact results, try one of our formula spreadsheets at the bottom of this page.
